   For example other people can not buy me lipstick as many shades look terrible on me so I need to check testers while I can say any eye-shadow in browns, peach, greens etc

oh, I feel your pain! I did the same elimination diet about 6 years ago, & lost a lot of weight because of it which I still haven't been able to gain it all back. In the end I went to a naturopath in Mississauga that did this ying & yang thing that reverses your body responses to foods that it is sensitive too. I am still sensitive to foods but no where near as bad.

Ha! The only good thing so far is the weight loss lol! I am doing the elimination diet as suggested by the naturopath I see in Georgetown. I go back there in mid November to have electrodermal allergy testing done and then hopefully can add foods! i am scheduled for more testing at the hospital in February!

I'm off to update my question post.....

We share a birthday!!! Im a Jan 24 too!

Happy Halloween all!!! Its going to be an interesting evening around here. I put out a message on fb to a few other parents in Kaydens class that we should all meet at the school at 6pm and go out together. Well Ive had a couple say no, and some other that i havent heard from, and a few thats said see you then. Today is absolutely miserable weather! Cold gloomy and the winds are roughly 40-50km and gusting into the 80's!! Will be interesting to see who still comes out and who just goes and buys so treats and say to hell with it all!!!! We usually get about 20-25 between 4-6 before we head out so I have about 30 baggies ready for the early kids, we'll see if we get through them all!!!
