Those are some of my favourite coupons! Last year, the Allen's cans with the 4 x $1.00 coupons didn't seem to be around for long so, when I saw them on sale for $ .99 at Sobeys today, I picked up 36 cans!

At No Frills today, much of the candy was already clearance priced:

Hershey bars 90 count @ $5.88 - $1.50 peelie sticker coupon = $4.38

Hershey bars 50 count @ $3.99 - $1.50 peelie sticker coupon = $2.49

Nestle bars 50 count @ $3.50 - each box has $5.00 worth of coupons printed inside

The peelie coupons on the Hershey boxes expire Oct. 31 but, since No Frills was clearing these BEFORE Hallowe'en, they were still valid. Plus, like many other PC Plus card holders, I had an offer for 3,000 points ($3.00 value) for every $15.00 spent on Hallowe'en treats!

My oldest changed her mind about her Halloween costume last minute yesterday so her dad and stepmom took her out to get a new one. They were in the line to pay for about 20 mins and right before they were about to pay the store decided to change their lane to credit cards only(they only had debit on them). The lady in front of them insisted on putting their stuff on her card so they wouldn't have to wait in line again and when they gave her cash she would only take half of what dd's stuff cost and told them to pay it forward.
I thought dd was exaggerating when she told me this but I heard the exact same story from her dad and stepmom, so nice to know there's still amazing people in the world!

I got 6x Toothbrush for 88 cents each at Target but no coupon used because 'coupon cannot be used if price matching'...ya right! Whatever! That happened last time and I complaint and asked and they said they DO accept coupon... Like I cared!
