FYI - In case you haven't heard there was a huge solar flare on the sun - in fact the largest one in four years and as a result of this flare, there have been warnings that there may be problems with power grids, communications and satellites throughout the world. Also, because of the flare, the Northern Lights are supposed to be more spectacular than ever over the next few nights and viewable by many that wouldn't usually be able to see them, that is if skies are clear.

Yep you can call them they talk to you, somtimes they they have to put you on hold while they do something then when they come back you say whtever is, most times their shocked and say sorry and say I will get to it right now..NP their Cool about it..
