so far I've used 3 of the spend $20 get 50,000 at the Bay
1 spend $20 get 50,000 at Home Outfitters
only spend $30 left of them
Zellers Ive used 2 spend $20 get 30,000

FYI - if the cashier can't scan the code and have to added manual. They are suppose to put it on a log sheet and also write on your receipt, date, cashier intials and amount of pts. I know the last time, my didn't get add and the supervisor told me that the cashier is suppose to write on your receipt incase, the log sheet or coupon goes missing.

okay, I got a question...
last weekend I forgot to bring in my bonus coupon. I had 2 receipts where I spend more than $20....so on friday, I took the receipts and the coupons to the CS desk, and the girl wrote down the info....
I just got back from zellers and noticed that they've only added 30,000 once to my account.
What do I do in this case, do I go back to zellers and ask them about the other 30,000 or call head office???

The coupons would not scan for me at Zellers or the Bay. They have written the numbers down, so I am keeping my fingers crossed and hoping that the points will be posted!

It is one coupon per purchase so you can't use more than one on a transaction. You can go and make separate purchases and do it that way.

Oh really? Thank stinks.. it's ONE item so I cannot divide that item in 3 parts ! The coupon does not state one per transaction but can they possibly scan/(manually add them since I already bought it) the coupons 3 times in one transaction(different UPCS)?

Sumi - sorry for the delay - I got a bad cold, but you should go back to your store and speak with customer service. They should fix it no problem. I know I have email head office before with never gotten a response
