Boo! The cashier gave me 70% on two packs of playing cards that were clearly Christmas tree shaped. Socks, pencils and felt buckets were still $1, and not worth haggling over today. Maybe I'll haggle over pencils when I hit up St Laurent tomorrow 😉

Everybody seems to get a better deal on the storage bins than me...feeling jealous.

Went to SDM and found a LiveClean travel size giftset for $5.99, it will go into my 2015 stockpile. Also more cheap coffee and tea on clearance at $1 each.

went last night - everything christmas was marked minimum 50% off. the cashier even gave me an extra 50% off the cards I bought, although I don't think that was correct. Wreaths, foood/chocolate and gift packs were 50% off, and wrapping paper was 70% off.

Also I managed to find a couple packs of Green ziploc containers on clearance (marked $3.6x and rang up at $2.34 or something) and these ones were with coupons, good until April 2015.

Some packs of plastic cutlery were 50% off, as mentioned before in this thread.
Up & Up rubber gloves $0.99.

I am so glad I stocked up last year, both Oakville and Square One are down to almost nothing, no cards which is what I was hoping for. I did get the holiday Ziploc & submitted the C051 for it. I found a few of the bags as well and since I don’t care what the pattern is for the freezer I picked those up. Because I love this thread I also took advantage of the Starbucks via offer and did the rebate twice, once with the Holiday blend and once with the Peppermint Mocha, yummers.

Friends don't let real friends pay full price.

You can't compare this year and last year...last year was a case of major overstock to get rid of.

Got Peppermint Starbucks Via Lattes for $3.99 each. There is the Starbucks.ca/SharetheMerry Rebate for $10 GC. So in the end, the 3 packs cost $1.97.

Most Xmas stuff at mine was 50% off, but the wrapping paper was 70%. There are lots of non-Christmassy pattersn. Got an 8 m roll of all-season stuff for 75 cents

A lot of Xmas toys were 25% off.

true you can't compare last year to this year... but from previous holiday clearances... halloween, easter, Valentines day... they tend to drop from 50% to 70% fairly quickly then to 90% and everything left is boxed up within 2 weeks of the holiday
