I know but I've had pushback a bunch of times with cashiers saying they could only pm if it was in kg. both at Walmart and rcss.
Is it policy to pm if it's in lbs?

Ask for the manager next time just to confirm. Remember every store is different and most don't actually have policies but rather guidelines that they sometimes follow.

I tried to price match Kale today. The cashier had to call the head cashier because she said the bunch of kale shown on the flier looked smaller than the one walmart has. I said it's probably all the same. They did end up price matching but next I will avoid that particular cashier
