If you have never tried Yves Veggie products, they don't taste like tofu (which I personally don't care for), but they are made with soy and meat free. We aren't vegetarians, but we offset our menu with the veggie ground round (Italian style has spices in it too!) and it can actually be less expensive then beef hamburger. It's freezer friendly too.
