Europe's Best and Egg Creations coupon booklet

Hi I was in Save-On foods (BC) and they had Eurpoe's Best/Egg Creations coupon booklets in the dairy case(by the egg substitute). It has a whole bunch of yummy recipes and a few coupons. Here are the coupons:

$1 off any Europe's Best frozen fruit or veggie
$1 off any 1 egg creations product
$1 off any Astro yogurt product(no specific size)
$1off any 1 All-Bran Buds singles (276g)
$1 off any 1 eggo waffle product
