Good day all, I just called Glade in regards to the Walmart $5 gift cards, its been over 6 weeks and nothing yet. They gave me a number to call to see the status of the cards. ( 1-800-363-6272) Some of my friends have received them back and sent them in way after mine. The lady there told me that Canada Post is going through an internal strike??? did anyone know about this? geez i am still getting my bills everyday in the mail lol If you have not received them yet you can always call this number, good luck she told me mine had not even been processed as of yet and to call back in a week and them if nothing i would have to send copies of everything again to them. thank god i scanned everything i have

Internal strike?-- I don't like the sounds of that..

It's been more than 2 weeks since I've gotten any mails....and was wondering what was happening! arrggh!!!

I am getting so tired of hearing about strikes. I live 3 hours from Ottawa and the transit strike is front page on our news everyday. Personally, I can understand "holding out for the best deal" but on the other side, deliberatly hurting people (the public) the entire reason for the person having the employment, suffer, it is wrong. Postal strikes, the teachers/staff at Colleges and Universities, Transit (Ottawa) like, get to work and be grateful you have jobs.

I knew there was an Support workers strike at the Post Office and thought they had settled it before Christmas....and they did..

Maybe with all the people that sent them in they might have put a cut off on them and not telling us. I know some people that it only took 3 weeks to get theirs. now i wonder whats going on. she said that they where not getting mail and maybe in a week to check back. like i first stated why are we getting our bills and glade not getting their mail? lol i will wait another week and then i will call again . if nothing there i may go a step further to see what is happening. if they are not planning to send them out then they should tell us. what about the other promotion for the $15 GC will that one work or not? lol

I just got off the phone and they said they are now proccessing the rebates from Nov & Dec. I asked where mine was in the line and she could not find anything!. I told her I got a rejection letter for 1 so they should be processing my other 7. I was told to call back in a few weeks!!!

I have kept a log of all my calls to them as well as the letter I sent them complaining about being denied for a rebate because they said it was not on the "list". I am going to be writing a nasty letter to Glade as well as this distrubution centre if they don't fix this soon!

I even got my regection letter sent to me in the SASE that I sent in for the rebate. Can't they supply their own postage. So not only did I get rejected and have to re submit it but I have to pay for more postage!!!

Geez everyone that calls in to see where there GC's are is getting a different answer. I called in again for my mom's and got the 3rd reply today. that if in a week it was not processed that i had to re submit it again. i asked how since all the originals where sent in the first time. she only said that they would not accept photocopies. now explain this one to me???? geez some people that sent them in at the end of dec got them already. hmmm liking the idea of sending glade a letter in this regard

i knew about the strike..but i thought they resolved it before christmas!! they were on strike for quite a while from what i remember!
