nope B&W is generally fine. I also print out the stores coupon policy if they have one so I can show it right away if they give me any trouble (walmart has a good one, and there is a letter from loblaws customer service).

Ive never used colour (cost more) never had a problem jsut make sure you cna read the fine print on the coupons.

I print in black and white, I dont have colour and well, I am too cheap at the moment to get any (would rather deal shop instead). I have heard the "they are photocopies" story a few times but I just say they came off a laser printer.
