Sorry for this question, I got the flyer yesterday, but nowhere to be found about the bonus redemption, is it only in Maritimes and BC? I am in Ontario........

I finally got hold of my SDM manager friend - the redemption is only in BC and Maritimes and according to him, the $170 level (for 75k SDM points) is only for those areas too, according to the email that he got. We'll see if the same applies for Ontario.

Thanks for clarifying where the event is taking place...I was all prepared to go out tomorrow to redeem my points...and would not have been happy to hear...no bonus for me!!

No redemption event in Yellowknife either. When they first came out with the bonus petro cards, you could redeem and get the cards, but now they won't. It's in the fine print.

I'm not sure about other places, but here, when they have the gift card events, you can get the card or opt to just get a shoppers drugmart $10-20 coupon. Maybe it's because they don't have a lot of the stores (like Cineplex) here. If you ask, maybe other SDMs would do it too.

Last week, I used my bonus 20x points coupon that I got in the mail (for being a plus member) and also got the $10 SDM coupon.

As for the 3 redemptions, maybe it's new.

I'm not sure...I've been googling it with no success. I will let you know asap when I find out. I just know the lady last weekend was telling me that I should wait to redeem until this weekend cause I would get $25 extra on redeeming 40,000..so I think that's the regular.

Ok So I spoke to Shopper's Drug Mart here in Woodstock Ontario and was advised that the redemptions are usually at the end of every quarter (which means April will be the next). I'm kindof mad this lady who worked at London Shopper's last weekend told me not to redeem any points when I was there cause I could redeem them this weekend for extra money! I'm thinking now that she meant to get the 20x the points instead of redeeming.

This weekend, however, she said is spend $100 and receive a family pass for Cineplex.
