It's because you can enter more than eight pens to be entered into the grand prize draw. If you've entered eight pins and eight pictures you should be fine. I entered eight pins on Tuesday and still haven't received an email either (a bag for my mom, she's technologically challenged and can't upload pictures LOL). I emailed Astro but haven't heard back yet. From their Facebook it looks like a lot of people are in the same boat. I wonder if they under estimated the number of codes they would need and so Astro and lug are trying to work it out?

I remember the s**t show that happened with the sketchers promotion. So far this is still better than that! There hasn't been an announcement on either the lug or Astro Facebook saying that they are sold out so I figure we all have to be fine at this point.

In case anyone wants the bag without bothering with the pins, Beyond The Rack is having a LUG event and the gym bag is there for $60. Not free by any standards, but cheaper than retail...

Only 4 colours are available now. The black isn't even an option. I just called to switch the colour (my first choice was oos when I ordered). Customer service was great, it was quick and easy to switch! She said it will take 2-3 weeks to fulfill there 2000+ orders of the puddle jumper. I ordered on the 9th originally.

I ordered mine Wednesday, February 11th.....still pending I wonder if the color has anything to do with delays? I ordered the green. I also live in the Atlantic snowbank, lol, may have something to do with it

Its just an extra contest entry PIN if you add any more PINS ..but you will get only 1 bag for the first 8 PINS entered.

In case you want to order 1 more bag , make sure you enter 8 PINS with a diff email ID and give a diff mailing addy

Wait for the email with your code. Choose what bag you want from lug website and enter the code at checkout.

Just read astro's facebook page -- the email can take up to 3 days to be sent to you now, given the huge backlog! Must.... Be ..... Patient! So hard!
