Mine appear in a different place on the receipt. The coupon code for points to be awarded at a later date is the line just above the subtotal line.
I always print 2 copies of any coupon where the points are awarded later. Then after my shop, I staple the copy of the coupon to my receipt.
When I see on my account that the points are added, I file the receipt in my 'completed' file.
This way, if I ever have to call if points don't appear, I have everything I need at hand.
Also, I can cross-reference the code on the coupon with my receipt.
Hope this helps!

If I have 2 personalized offers, the big one being 15x points wus $40 on anything, and 2000 bp wub Herbal Essences Conditioner, does that mean I'll get 2000x15 points in a transaction with these two offers together?
Thanks!

@Grey depends on what u intend to buy if the item u buy for $30 or to a total of 30 has nX(Where n = 1 ....20) product bonus points on it u could get 20 x nX points on the base value of the product.
if you are however planning to shop snacks food and other items which may or may not have nX product bonus points on them than u can choose 4000 BP . Remember with both offers u can use manufacture coupons , personalized product bonus points coupons etc .
For eg if u buy hair care products to a total of 30.97 as below
Nexxus hair conditioner 12.99 which has 10 X product bonus offer
Nexxuss hair shampoo 12. 99 which has 10 X
tresemee 4.99 which has 10 X
you will get (12.99 *20 * 10) +(12.99*20 X10) + (4.99 * 20 X 10) = 6194 points if u use 20 X WUS 30 coupon
if u use 4000 bp coupon u will get
(12.99+12.99+4.99)X 10 = 309 + 4000 bp
Hope this helps

Sorry if this has been asked before:
What happens if the price of the product is less than your personalized offer amount?
For example, I received a $3.10 off any shampoo offer, what happens if I try to buy a shampoo that costs less than $3.10? Would the system reject it or write it down to the value of the product automatically? Would the cashier reject it (I know it depends on the cashier and store but if someone has experience with this, I would love to hear it)!

Atamb -- the system will bring your cost down to "0" automatically .... shouldn't have anything to do with the cashier

Thanks for the quick reply! I guess I'll try to get a free bottle of shampoo tomorrow!
