I share all my food, that's just the way it is when you have kids. lol
We don't have a specific snack time, just a rough time period. It just depends when everyone is feeling hungry.
Snacks are pretty much always healthy in our house. Sometimes at night I am able to sneak in a chocolate bar or a bowl of chips though. lol

I snack a lot throughout the day and don't eat very large meals so I try to keep it fairly healthy. DH is the only other one in the house and I usually buy separate snacks for both of us, he tends to like chocolate and I can't eat it (allergic). I have a 'snack bin' and then lots of cut up fruit in the fridge.
I do often send baking snacks to DH's office all the time. I don't however tend to share at my work due to a bunch of people's food allergies.Last edited by beckie.c; Mon, Mar 30th, 2015 at 11:20 AM.

snacks mid morning and mind afternoon with fruit and nuts
lots of water througout the day since sometimes you don't need food but just to rehydrate is enough
weekends we try to have more grains, fish, veggies and fruit in smaller amounts that weekdays

half a banana sounds great!
not quite lunch time for me yet, I tend to have my lunch later than most, 1-2 ish. morning snack usual consist of something light...fruit, hand full of crackers, small yogurt...
I've got a box of lightly buttered/salted popcorn that sits in the storage cabinet here. Will pop a bag some afternoons around 3:30ish, and split it among the others around our 'local' office area...and anyone who sniffs us out from across the office :chessygrin:DANGER

I usually have a snack between lunch and dinner and sometimes between dinner and bedtime. I tend to eat smaller portions for my main meals. Snacks consist of unsalted mix nuts, almonds, or fruit. Drink lot's of water too.

Don't really have designated snack times - my breakfast and lunch are never at the same time every day, so I just have to make sure I space out eating - because of my PCOS, my blood sugar can get low.
Not usually a fan of sweet snacks, though I get urges now and again. Def a fan of salty.
