    Amira,for me it just asked me optimum number and password and my account is displayed with offers to load.

    So that means i am doing something wrong. Here is what i do. I type in my 9 digit card # and pswrd...when i press sign in this thing pops up.

    And if i press "set pswrd" then it takes me to another screen to fill in my details.

    I had this problem as well, delete the app and redownload it. Fixed it for me.

    I have same problem as Amira. It's not working on any of my device so frustrating they need to do something about this

    I unistalled it and re-installed it but it's still not working. Has anyone else used their android app? IS IT WORKING?

    Go to the SDM website and log in that way. Change your password and then try logging in on the app.

    Iam using it Amira works absolutely fine. Try this .Uninstall the app . Clear all app cache data install it and try again .

    Thanks CrazyQT! I still don't think I'll load it on my phone though, 'cause I don't like the permissions it requires. But it's good to know in case I change my mind.

    Did exactly what you said but still it says wrong card # or pswrd. Let me download it on my cell phone samsung galaxy something) and see what happens.

    Tried it. Didn't work! Same problem!

    And now i seriously think there is something wrong with my sign in procedure instead of their app. Lol

    I just downloaded it on my phone and it is working on the phone. AND IT'S AWESOME! Muahhhh muahhhhhh! Love it!

    There is something wrong with my samsung tablet or the app....but it does work on my tablet.
    Who cares! I take my cell phone with me when i go out, not tablet!

    I've been having log in problem like Amira but it's all fine now after remove/reinstall the app. Thanks everyone's input!
