I think I figured out my issue. I also had 10x on Huggies wipes so today I bought one pull ups, 3x wipes, still no bp. The SKU of the pullups I buy is on price freeze, not sale like the rest, and the wipes are the new big soft tub of Huggies, and there is no shelf tag. I don't think my offers are recognizing those skus. So I may call or I may just try it again with different skus.

Sorry Anne, I just re-read your original post and realized you were asking a different Q than I answered. But yes I too had issue with a bonus offer added but not recognized. Mine was for Tassimo 10x points. Will call this week to understand why the points weren't added...didn't really make sense so I assume it's a glitch. Added point: it says the offer was redeemed but based on the points I received, I don't see it.

-maybe anyone can help me -would I get the 8,000 points when I spent 30.00 on food or snacks -had cosmetician ring the food and snacks in first( I will see in 5 days I guess)and she said oh you will get it - i spent 112.40 subtotal on redemption day(I redemmed 100.00) -would I have had to spend the 30.00 over the limit of the 100.00redemtion -would I have had to spend 130.00 before taxes ???

okay thanks. Just really wanted to know I wasn't alone LOL! Obviously I spent less then required with coupons, although my base points met the offer threshold, so now I'm paranoid about all these things.

Yes, 130 before taxes.
Think of the $100 redemption as 1 transaction, then the 8000 wus as another. (even thought done on one transaction, 1 receipt)

I'm thinking your account shows 8000 wus as redeemed. If so, this is an error on the system. You will not get the points.

If you still want to use that offer this week, then call and they will note in account. You can shop again, spend $30 on food, call them back and you will get the 8000 points.

One of mine was under the threshold, one wasn't. I guess the new norm is 5 days.

they say pts credited within 5 business days..maybe because today is a holiday? i'm waiting on mine too
