Something new to me, I got an offer for 'spend $5 on candy or snacks and get 1,000 points. I bought milk, chips, tostitos and pepsi. Used fpcs for chips, tostitos and drink, cashier used 2002 code, but I still got 1 point added to the transaction and now I see 1,000 points were added too. Weird.

Other day I had 4,000 points when you spend $20 on food and snacks - bought milk, cheese and tostitos, used fpc for tostitos, total was $18.87 after fpc, I didn't see that 1 point or 4,000 points added.

Actually with the digital system....the promo with minimum threshold amount requires you to spend the certain amount mention....you can not bring your op down with manufacturer coupons.
As you mention you got points for $5 spend on candy and snack in that case you bought some other products too...and your total was definitely more then $5 so system redeemed your offer and you got the point.
And in second case your total was less then $20 that is why you did not got the points...
If you could add some other stuff to your cart and then used coupons and your total is $20 or more then $20...the offer must be shown as redeemed otherwise not

I also bought Klondike Ice cream 2 x 3.99





Clearly my total was well under the $30 threshold and even the base points are only 130 however today I logged into my account and the 8000 BP were there



So even though I used $18 worth of managers coupons and my total was less than $15 I still got the promo points. Happy Happy

I curse the day I bought baby powder a couple of months ago

Because printed offer still works for me because cashier entered the code manually but if I load the offer and then use coupons to bring down my op the digital offer does not work.
Secondly there may be a difference between the store code and othe types of codes(manufacturer coupons or fpcs)so the system could redeem the offer...
Seriously it's very complicated from the day it has been digital...
I am still receiving printable version so if my loaded offer does not work,I give cashier the printed coupon so she can entered manually...

Friday's offer: 8000 pts WUS $50 on anything. Poor value for $ spent IMO, especially after using 12000 pts WUS $50 on Monday

The coupon was loaded to my card. I haven't printed a coupon since I installed the app.

I was just thinking if the personalized offers work for 12000 WUS $50 and 16000 WUS $60 and redeeming ??? I was kind of hoping for a redemption weekend this weekend

i believe someone redeemed their points on a gift card promo day, got the gift cards and got the points within 5 days. I don't remember who was it. Whoever did it... can you please come out of the closet?
