Was at loblaws today...don't go very often but glad I stopped in today. Saw 50% off stickers which I miss so much now that they are 30% at RCSS . Bought a bunch of cheap stocking stuffers for Christmas family, bubbles, balls, princess tiara etc some $.24, $.44, $.74, $1.24 awesome now that target is gone I gave been stressing re cheap stocking finds. I bought a pair of kids metal handcuffs pretty heavy duty with 2 keys but dh (retired police officer) said no to that. Also got some nice vases for $.24. I bought one a couple of weeks ago for $2.99 now $.24. Will use for all my Christmas arrangements of holly and other greenery I collect around the neighbourhood,with roses thrown in makes nice cheap arrangements to put here and there. Not Christmas related but had large selection of cut flowers at 50%off so bought $14 worth and made 3 nice bouquets and added the odd extra flower from the garden. I am a sucker for flowers! Used PC points so only a few dollars out of picket!

Thanks Nancy!! I am feeling so ready this year, I have 270.00 in Airmiles cash, 330.00 in PC points and enough for 3 shoppers redemption's. I have really focused on my points this year. I want to make a new wreath and do a few crafts for gifts and will start those in September.I would like Christmas to come without feeling the pinch at all. Now If I could bank some time, I always feel it flies by and I always feel I didn't do something because I ran out of time.

That's fantastic such a relief in a sense - where you can relax and know that you have rewards you can use to lessen the financial burden - great job
I want to have all my gifts purchased by Mid November - ideally Halloween but my 2 boys are difficult to shop for at 12 & 15, youngest doesn't want anything and oldest wants stuff but changes his mind . I have a few ideas for both which is great as it's pretty early but need to wait for those tv seasons to be released2019 is the year that we continue to save before we buy!!!

It is hard to shop early for kids and teens as most seem to change their minds. Hopefully they make it easy for you this year.

Finally went through my gift closet this past weekend and started typing up my list of who's getting what for Christmas. I'm further along than I thought, and aside from picking up a few gift cards/movie passes and ordering some things closer to Christmas like photo books, I don't have much to buy. Thankfully my daughter is little and easy to buy for, I've got the most in advance for her ^^;
