That box looks terrific .... I got an email last year that I would receive it .... and then it never came ... was an error ...no idea what happened..... Your box looks terrific though !

the offer isn't up yet. they will send an email to subscribers eventually and you can sign up then. op is just giving everyone a heads up to subscribe to their newsletters as that is how they choose who are eligible for the box.

The $9 boxes are the Flare sample boxes, which you have to pay for a bunch of beauty products at a discounted price. The Elle sample box is totally different than the Flare sample box.
You sign up for Elle's newsletter and they send you an email when the elle sample boxes are available and they usually contain 5 samples of various beauty products. I remember there was a full sized product once, but they are mostly sample size. These are completely free, but you have to act fast to fill out a quick survey and they will send it to you in 6 to 8 weeks I believe.
I remember once I got a small sample of cover girl nail polish, full size cover girl mascara, whitening strips, pantene samples, venus coupons and L'oreal hair spray. It's a great freebie.
