ha ha !! Well it FINALLY happened to me today! For the first time I have had my cheque request denied saying that after looking closer at all my receipts they " could not find " the Cashmere Ultra " on one of them! ( yes after they already previously approved it , now they say it is not there??.... jerks!! ) I have submitted the receipt again saying " look closer! "

I find that a phone call is faster than an e-mail to resolve these kind of issue because you have someone there to go through the receipt with always works for me

Same with me. I got hundreds of receipts I couldn't keep up, I tossed them after they get approved.

Woot! woot! UPDATE!:

Back and forth emails and eventually they approved the ones that they said " were NOT on the receipt " . In the first email they actually wanted me to take a picture of the package and the UPC!! I asked them how can I get that large package up onto my scanner to do it? ( no cell phone, no camera that works here), then I just asked them to READ the words on the receipt again, the products were there!

ha ha , so now I just cashed out ( again ), lets hope the cheque comes now.
