Everyone is talking about these 1000 pts for doing the surveys. I never got any points for these receipt surveys. How do you get points on it? Do you tell your store that you did the survey and they add the points manually? Help me please!

I did so many surveys for my store but never got points.

Didn't get this one, can you give an example? I hope they aren't revamping the levels again and diluting their value?

I also really hope they aren't going pcplus, they are going to lose shoppers.

I'm emailed quite a few. Awhile ago, maybe a year and a half ago, they emailed optimum members and asked if they would be part of their survey panel. Mine are never worth much, say 200 points, I do them to give my opinion. I didn't get this one though.

I just did a store survey and only received the regular questions.

I think it depends on the store/store owner who is doing a promo to get more positive feedback. There must be some incentive offered by HO for good surveys.
One of my local stores partnered with another store down the street for 3000 points if you did a survey and showed them a picture of the screen for proof that you did it. I had another store that offered like an extra 1000 points for getting your flu shot there. Same store offered an extra 5000 points if you spent $30 in their store. I am guessing that these are specific to that store and not to all SDMs.

Yes exactly....i have only one store ever tell me that if I filled out the survey and took a picture of it, they would give me a 1000 pts

I got zero offers for M-W-F.

No shopping this week!

CSR said not everyone received offers, and to call back if I don't receive Sat offers (7 personalized). Maybe weeklong will resume. Hope so. Miss them.

On another note, I saw a worker clearing out the sunscreen display. Asked if they were going to be marking them down and he said no. They will stay at regular price and then be shipped back to the manufacturer. He used a term to describe that some products never go on clearance, and whatever is not sold is shipped back. I assume this must be up to the manager's discretion as some of you have posted sunscreen deals? I was really hoping to get some cheap sunscreen...would def help to meet the threshold of my M/W/F offers!

I just did the shoppers voice survey last week there was nothing about changing the points on mine. Strange.

Dh and I just got meh offers low values on everything. Only good offer is 3000 points for $10 on food but we are going away anyways so looks like 2 weeks no shopping at sdm.
