When did it start? I did a gold survey for 200 points this morning... but I don't see this message anywhere (am at work so some things are limited) and am curious if that one will count.

Not sure, but I saw it first time early this morning on top of a search results page, and didn't see it yesterday, so your survey should count. You get 100 pts Swagup PER 100 pts surveys, so your Swagup should be already at 200.

Well I will cross my fingers and hope I get more gold surveys! I don't usually get time in the morning and by the time I get home from work they all seem to be gone, got very lucky this morning! It brought me to 2300 so I thought I'd cash in and take advantage of the last swagup, but then I couldn't really. Oh well, tomorrow I guess. Thanks!!

Also - when did the $25 amazon.ca giftcards go up to 2500 points? I'm sure I got one two weeks ago for only 2200... now I guess I'll be getting paypal (was saving up for my son's Christmas and birthday gifts through amazon). Thanks

You are only entitled to 1 GC per month at 2200 SB's and then after that they are 2500 SB's.

You are limited to one $25 e-card for 2200 SB per month. Once you buy one , the 'price' reverts back to 2500 Sb

Clearing your cookies should have logged you out. Run cache cleaner again since the problem may have occurred after you ran it last night. What browser are you using? You can clear the cache for a particular browser without using an external program. Are you using a desktop/laptop or a mobile device?

This happened while I had SB's open, ran cache cleaner and it was the same way. I am on a desktop only and I am using Google Chrome.

I am not computer savvy at all so is it easy to clear the browser without using an external program?

Sounds like a few others are having problems too.

Yes, I just did it to check with Chrome and it logged me out.

In the top right hand corner of the browser, just under the red x, there's a box with three horizontal black lines. Click that and a drop down menu appears. Scroll down about 2/3rds of the way to 'more tools', that will open a new menu. On that one click 'clear browsing data'. That will open a new tab. There it will show what is to be deleted. Leave the choices as they are but near the top there's another drop down menu asking for what time period you want to delete, choose 'since the beginning of time' that'll clear it all. Then click 'clear browsing data' at the bottom of the box and voila. Done.

If that doesn't log you out then I'm lost.

Edit: Have swagbucks closed at the time and try to open it afterwards. Not sure if that matters but that's how I did it.
