I cashed out snap a couple of weeks ago...I had $100 and was worried about getting money but got confirmation cheque has been sent! Yahoo! Think I will cash out at $20. Also getting a $123 cheque from co51. Yeah!

I just ordered my very first cheque. ( I would not have joined co51 and snapsaves if I didn't keep hearing about it on smartcanucks.)
How long does it take to get a confirmation or to get the cheque?
I guess I will have to save my receipts too. I did not think there would be issues once they ok'd the purchase.

Took 2 weeks for me for both.
I will cash out every 20 so I dont need to keep the receipt for long

If anybody has recently moved and has cashed out, make sure you keep track of the cheques approved and mailed. In their words, they have discovered a disconnect between the cheque system and their address listing. So any cheques was still mailed to old addresses even though it has been updated.

I received 2 SNAP cheques earlier in the summer. I'm still waiting for a third and final. It has been over 2 1/2 months.

I have to check my emails. I had a stream of them coming and I feel like I am still waiting on one for some time.

purchase date & receipt processed & cheque requested all on sept 21
cheque in the mail oct 2

I just joined snap saves and I tried to submit a receipt but the screen was too tiny almost half the width of my phone so the picture wasn't clear or showing everything, so it was rejected . Any idea how can I fix the screen size

It's the same small viewing are for me, too. It would be easier if they made it bigger. I try to find a location that is very well lit to take the picture, and ensure the camera focuses correctly. So far my submissions haven't been rejected. *touch wood*

SNAP.Groupon's hot line has been deactivated. For escalation on issues, one must submit an online case using the CONTACT US option. This is disappointing because it will take longer to resolve issues.
