Demonizing Trudeau with ‘brothel’ ads is Conservative racism: Mallick
But Trudeau DOES want to legalize marijuana. Trudeau IS in favor of safe injection sites. Trudeau DID vote against a bill the Conservatives put forward targeting Johns so brothels could not become legal (C-36). So where's the lie?

I would have thought "legalizing Marijuana" would have been a god sent for all the crack heads that indulge in it

I never said it's a lie. Maybe the press is. I am talking about right wing conservative xtian fundamentalist ideology that is at play and is the underlying theme for everything Harper does. There I said it. Biggest reason I am anti-con.

I dunno, don't smoke, never have and this is a non-issue for me. Kind of amusing though.

Sadly free press isn't quit free anymore, nor has it ever been really.

Owners running editorials endorsing candidates. True for all print, owners(pro-con or lib) overrule the editors.

Right now the law sort of ignores marijuana. Two local guys that were caught with literally dumptrucks full of marijuana were sentenced to a $100 fine:

Seriously. If there is no punishment for dealing in the stuff, isn't it time that the government steps in and regulates something that most people consider a harmful substance?
My answer might be manage it, legalize it and then treat the addiction like a health issue as they do with the other legal deadly substances like tobacco and alcohol. I don't know if that sounds simplistic but that is what I would do.
