Clearance on glad holiday scents w/ free movie rental

Hopefully this isnt a repost, but Zehrs (im assuming all loblaws chains) has all the holiday scents on for 50% off (1.94 for the candle, 1.44 for the aerosol, 4.94 for the scented flameless candles) and they have the free blockbuster rental on them! The rental is good for another month or so!

I picked up a few candles. I was dissapointed to have to pick through them since some people are finding it appropriate to steal the free rental off of them!

omg i noticed that too...3/4 of the aerosols at our zehrs had no blockbuster thing on them.

And only 4 (the last 4 I grabbed) of the holiday scent candles had the movie rentals, yet there were a ton on the display.

Pretty sad.

No the free rental is just right on the front, and you peel it off and bring it into blockbuster and redeem, I think the only restriction is you can only redeem one per day per account.

They should have put the free rental coupon inside the package. Maybe someone should write to them (Im too lazy )

You guys should write them them and ask to include a UPC or somthing. I have NEVER seen the glad[e] coupons used at store i work at...only the nestle baby items. Unless its only in certain parts of Canada.

Thank you for posting Sally888. I wouldn't have looked at the section if I didn't see this post. I actually found some Glade aerosol for $0.76 with the free Blockbuster movie rental at loblaws today. Free movie rental for $0.86 yeah!

At my Zehrs today, in a different aisle (near the frozen food) they had another glade display with buy one get one free coupons. I got two candles for 1.94 each with a free rental. It's worth looking around...

I found a ton of these at Zellers today but they were all still reg. price.... I scanned every type to make sure but they were all coming up at $4.XX and they were holiday scents... You think they would want to get rid of them. I'm going to keep checking it out I have some orders that I'm waiting on and have to pick up anyways.

So to get the free rental you just need the sticker? That doesn't seem right, since you can just peel it off in the store, but I read the sticker and it doesn't say anything else is needed. Has anyone used theirs yet? I have a couple (from clearance scents at RCSS ) but since I never rent movies I'll probably trade them. I just want to make sure that the sticker is all that's necessary before I list them for trade. Thanks!

that is exactly what I was going to say!!!!!

The same goes for the new coupon for 25 bonus aero points that are on the packs of quaker products.

Zellers will keep them until the pack gets damages or the product is ruined - they seem to keep some stuff forever.
