    I got it too. But in the flyer there are 2000 bonus wus 2 softsoap hand soap bottles. So if you do the math...its a money maker on a 22k wus $100 coupon if you buy 34 bottles.

    Couldn't log in this morning...type in my card # turns red and get a big x! tried a 2nd time same thing double checked the number it is correct... Tried dh's number same thing.

    I normally stay logged in, but I logged out so I could try logging in again and I can confirm, the site is messed up.

    Even though I was logged in the "wait" progress bars under the login icon were flashing and it didn't show my name but I could get my coupons. I.e., some of my login info was missing and some was accessible.

    Once I logged out the site would not accept my card number - I got the red "x"

    So don't worry, no one is being punished, it is just a glitch.

    Finally got through on the phone. Rep said at 9:30am they were told it would still be 2-3 hrs. I'm hoping for this afternoon, they are throwing off my shopping plans lol.

    Went to SDM this morning and store was running fine. Cashier confirmed that printed coupons work (she had just done one for another customer).

    A points question....

    My personal offer for Wednesday is 16000 wus 60.00. A couple of weeks ago, I had the same offer plus it was 20x wus 75.00 on cosmetics and I received both.

    If I buy 100.00 worth of Smashbox cosmetics on Wednesday, would I get....

    16000 points for spending 60.00
    20x the points for spending 75.00 or more on cosmetics
    15x the points for Smashbox(promo until Dec 4)

    Total of 51000 or so points?

    I had a weekly offer of 8000 WUS $40 and a Monday offer of 3000 WUS $10 on Candy and Snacks. Also save $0.90 on any Kinder Egg. Worked out OK as I needed formula ($38) and only need 10000 more point for another full redemption. Bonus!

    When I got home I was pissed the they didn't take the $0.90 off. I saw both coupons on the screen but didn't check that the amount came off. Receipt only had the one coupon. Anyone had any luck complaining about $ off coupons not working? I know I bought the right thing and I know there were two coupon codes on the screen.

    On Sunday dh used he week long offer, spend $40 get 8k, I was using his card and I was sick with the headcold etc...The subtotal came to $50, when I got to the truck I double checked the receipt and sure enough the 5 items that were discounted were not entered at the discounted price. I went back in and well she must have been having a bad day, it took 3 transactions to get it all fixed up. BUT I noticed that they deducted 1500 points.

    So anyways the discounted items would have reduced our bill from $50 to 43 so still at the 8K in points.

    1500 points is a lot considering the spend $40 get 8k. Do I just call the phone # and get it fixed or can I email them?
