Well, the snow just kept coming, like the system stalled over our corner of the world.

I posted earlier about Kindersley RCMP warning about winter driving with lyrics - so other detachments have responded.

My car got ed-turned upside down
And I'd like to take a minute

I'll tell you how my car spun out of control in mid-air.
On the streets of Edmonton I wasn’t phased
Summer driving was easy most of the days
But then outta nowhere things got cool
All the water froze up in my grampa’s pool.
Then the storm filled the skies, yeah it was no good
Started making ice patches in my neighborhood
I locked up the brakes and my mom got scared
My car hit the ditch, ‘cause I wasn’t prepared.
I whistled a tow truck and when he came by
He suggested “winter tires, and take more time.”
If anything I could say I drive more safe now
I realized that my bumper ain’t no snow plow.
He dropped me back home, about 7 or 8
And I yelled to the trucker 'Yo home smell ya later'
I looked at my wheels
Not to be taken lightly
Driving’s a privilege and I gotta do it politely.

It's a balmy 14 and cloudy now, Rain most of the day and temps fallen to only 1 tonight.

it was -15 last night with the windchill (-4) ...brrrr..a little warmer today +7 feels like 1, lots of wind due to the change in temp, 70km/hr+ gust...20mm of rain expected this evening..not a great Friday evening to be out and about 0 feels like -7 for the overnight...chilly...

Lol....yep, we're not doing exceptionally well this year so far, but we've always (iirc) made it into the playoffs, so the year's young...good win...but...I wish you had lost...

^ Lol!! I was bit nervous for Rodgers when he hurt his wrist but seems like he was okay after. They're playing the Lions next week so I'm sure the Packers will win It looked so cold and miserable in GB last night, almost like here! I'll take the Packers next week

Oh, if they don't defeat the Lions i don't know what I'll do!! We've been to that game at Lions' Field, but it was on a Thursday, then we went to a Pistons game that night, then Black Friday shopping at Macys Friday (later) morning, lol....greatest short-haul trip ever!!
