Glad I'm not the only one that noticed a change. Was checking out another forum about this and someone there said they timed it and for them it takes 1 minute and 45 seconds per video so around 17 minutes for a round of 10. Gonna check mine out tomorrow and if it really is that long to do a round then I think I'm going to jump ship. First Paypal, now this :/

just timed one round, it was 30 seconds of the ad + 45 seconds of the vid, for a total of 1:15 for the meter to move..
so around 12.5 minutes for 3 sb... lol
it does vary but i'm sure that's at best..

Curiosity got the best of me so I did a round and timed it with the stop watch on google. My round came in at exactly 14 minutes and 53 seconds. Think from now on I'm just going to do enough things on Swagbucks to make 1st goal each day then move on to other sites.

You should get paypal since you will get 25% to 30% more in cash, but the gift card promotion is only 20% more. Also, the gift card promotion is NOT only for Amazon. You can redeem any gift card and get same type of $10 gift card, so if you redeem $50 homedepot, you will get $10 homedepot too.

for those of you who cash out for paypal, are you planning on cashing out for that before dec 1st, or aiming for the $50 AGC + $10 bonus?
i'll probably be able to cash out for $25 by tm... trying to decide if i should get one last paypal or switch over to amazon. it's annoying that the $50 GC's don't have the same 'sale' price as the $25's (for 2200sb)... you're only actually getting a bonus $4... woop woop... note sarcasm.

follow up: amazon.ca VS amazon.com. seems like .com has better items, but then you get hit with more shipping/handling...

Swagbucks just lowering everything from search wins, to videos, surveys etc etc. Then they took away the paypal USD and are replacing with CAD so we dont get the exchange rate anymore. basically being big cheapo's

I probably will still do those activities which SB will only get indirect profit (e.g. games and video) until I can redeem the $3 gift card. I don't want to leave a penny there at all before I quit.

I know Swagbucks is available to UK country. If SB changes from Paypal (USD) to Paypal (GBP) with requiring the same amount of points to redeem for UK members, then I can take paypal as Cdn.

The chances for SB to take back the decision of the paypal change will be low. However, SB may temporary increase the earning across all Canadian activities (like offers and surveys) and then gradually reduce the earning again month after month. They do that for the PL survey recently. They increase the earning from 48SB to 56Sb and now it drops a little bit back to 52SB

If SB is running in deficit, I think I will consider to take it as Cdn. However, SB was earning lots of money in 2014. It is just the greed from the management team/CEO to make this move for Canadian. It is totally unacceptable. I think we should contact SB shareholders or its parent company (if there is any) as the CEO/management may hide the fact from them.

I have been noticing all of these things as well, I seem to get dq'd from almost every survey I attempt so video's were the easiest way to earn the SB's, just did while watching tv at night. Now the video's are taking forever. So, what is a comparable site to SB's?
