One that you manually give yourself using the traditional method of a stone/scraper, soaking in warm water and rubbing coconut oil on after

Agreed. Soak feet in warm water in a plastic basin. I use argan oil (part of my Pro Naturals hair repair system) I prefer it to coconut oil.

I agree with AddyB. Use of natural oils in foot spa must be preferred rather than any other cosmetic product. I too use coconut oil as it is a great moisturizer

Sarah do you find the coconut oil is absorbed easily? When I have tried it in the past it just kind of "sits" on the surface. I have decided to substitute the argan oil (keeping it for my hair) with jojoba oil because I know my skin absorbs it and it is one of the ingredients in the Monsia skincare products that I use for my face, plus it is a whole lot cheaper!
