    I forgot to post this in my other Walmart thread!

    Last night I was wandering around the store and noticed bins sitting on the floor against the wall in the kids sections and mens section. Each bin was stocked full of individually stickered socks, briefs, boxers, tights etc.

    The sticker wrapped around each item was marked .97 but when scanned it came up at .25!!!

    I asked a lady in the mens department about it and she said that packages that are opened and can't be put back on the shelf are all tagged at .25/item. Apparently the tags always say .97 but will ring in at .25.

    I got two bags FULL of socks of different sizes and a bunch of boxer briefs for 10.00!!! My family is set for awhile!

    What kind of socks. I love the i think they are called sports socks they are thick and cotton. My dad use to get them all the time but I can never find them.

    I got all different kinds of socks, ankle sport socks, work socks, dressy socks.

    They had a bunch of different sizes from little kids to adults.

    I was told that it varies depending on what packages are ripped open and can't be reshut. They had mens briefs, boxer briefs and the ones that look like shorts (I forget what they are called).

    The thing was no matter what size, brand or style they were, every single one was .25!!!

    Usually these are $.97 and before christmas I got some for $.50. I guess they reduced those ones further. Not everything is scanning at that price. The other store near me was still $.97.

    Thx thumbs up to you ! Socks just aren't worth the price that are asked for them now-a-days... last week my mother put on two new pairs and had holes just hrs after wearing them! ... And for whatever reason mens undies cost an arm and leg
