    Had a good day today.

went to Winners and got boots for next year for my daughter on clearance. Blue ones $26 and pink $22.

Went to Bootlegger and got 2 tops at $5 each (orig $35 & $30) and jeans for $40 (orig $118), then got an extra 10% off with the bootlegger card.

Lastly gas was 58.9 at Costco, good for my pocketbook, bad for the economy

Maple Leaf Stuffed Chicken Breasts @ $6.99 each.
I bought 8 and paid for 6, using 2 of the "buy 3 Maple Leaf/Schneider's/etc. products, get ML Stuffed Chicken Breasts OR Ready Crisp Bacon FREE" coupons. Each package had the peelie coupons listed here (thanks to eyafitz for posting about these!) Free Ready Crisp/Prime Stuffed (w/ purchase) + $12 in coupons (Possible Overage)

I now have 6 more of the B3G1 FREE coupons plus another 8 x $17.50 = $140.00 worth of $2.50 Maple Leaf and Schneider's coupons!
When I got home, I discovered that one of the boxes had 2 x sets of peelie coupons (one on the front of the box and one on the back), so another 1 x B3G1 FREE + $17.50 in coupons!
    Next day:

I used 3 x $2.50 coupons from the Stuffed Chicken coupons at SDM today:

    3 x Schneider's Pepperettes @ $5.99 each - 3 x $2.50 coupons = $10.47

I had an offer for 3,000 bonus Optimum points WUB $10.00 food/snacks. I don't think I've ever purchased Pepperettes for a better price!

Wow! I was just at NF and the double pack of regular dove was $3.29. The single packs of Men's Care+ were .97 but the coupon for the men's care+ had a specific exclusion of single packs.

You scored, girl! Good for you!

If you can pop into the store at half time, they may mark down much more prepared food, that was brought in for Super Bowl weekend

    Carters

Stopped in at the local Carters store and picked my daughter up a snowsuit reg $100 on for $50.

Also when talking to an associate I asked if they were having any big sales because over half the store is on clearance and last year around this time they had a sale where all clearance was an additional 50% off.

The associate indicated they are being told to ship merchandise to other stores and so she was doubting the sale would happen.

Shocked by the gas prices here in St.Catharines, apparently they're the cheapest in the province right now (According to gas buddy), as low as 68.8/L at Pioneer and 69.1/L at Esso (Great combo with the 2.5c/L card and the PC World Elite Card!). Too bad I don't have a car, but for those in St.Catharines, they must be impressed by these prices!! Compared to my parents in Ajax who are paying in the mid 80's at best right now

We like them either as a snack or cut into bite-size pieces as part of a meat and cheese tray.
