I bought it once years ago.It was creamy enough. The taste was okay but really won't mistake it for butter.

"I can't Believe its Not Butter" is a cheaper margarine made with loads of saturated fats (1/3, palm oil and palm kernel oil) so it is cheaper and less healthy than many of the other options out there. Personally I will not buy it. The taste is poor IMO. Tropical grease plus soybean oil, which has a heavy taste.

I have been able to find Lactantia Healthy Attitude, Becel, Celeb (PC product) at around $1.50/lb (450g, smaller tub) and these are all much healthier with far less saturated fat, better tasting, canola-base, and really not that expensive.

If you are a margarine eater normally, I can't say. However if you are a butter eater, you probably won't like it.

Health wise, butter is better, but not sure if that is what you were wondering about.

Butter is 50% saturated fat, I can't believe it's not butter is 33% saturated fat --> ICBINB is healthier than butter.

Soft tub margarines have even less saturated fat (and no trans fat) and are healthier than both.

Current research on fats, including sat. fats, is showing that assumption in the past were unfounded.

There is a lot of interesting data out there these days

Strictly speaking from a taste perspective, butter wins for me personally, but i rarely eat it anyways

I only tried it once but was not a fan. Plus I decided to stay away from margarines all together. So much horrible stuff in it. I'm now trying Earth Balance spread (the soy free/dairy free one). I know it has some palm oil in it but I guess it's better than margarine. It tastes great though. Only thing I don't like is the price.

The high saturated fat margarines like ICBINB are good for baking, on the bright side. It keeps the baked goods from staling quickly.

I call it "I CAN Believe it's Not Butter"

It's ok in a pinch when it's on sale for $1.00 but I prefer the real stuff

None of that "I Can't Believe" business for me. I CAN believe it's butter since that's all I buy.
