FallenPixels, yes, you can use them at No Frills.
This is the email sent to me by Grocery Foundation when I asked last Jan:
Thank you for your email.
These coupons are found during the month of February in Ontario and Atlantic grocery stores (Metro, Sobeys, etc), but they are redeemable anywhere where they sell the product.
Thank you for your support.

They're like regular coupons. Also, 15 cents will go to the Grocery Foundation.

I finally found these today at Sobey's. They had a TON of them! I grabbed a couple of each....I probably even missed a few, there were like 3 books in each aisle.

The Grocery Foundation began almost 30 years ago when a handful of Ontario grocery leaders decided it was time for their industry to make a meaningful difference in the lives of Ontario children who needed a hand-up in life.
The Grocery Foundation's membership now numbers 67 retail banners, 400 food and grocery product suppliers and 52 members of the Ontario Food Brokers' Association.
Held throughout the month of February, Cash for Kids is the biggest in-store coupon campaign in Canada involving more than 50 brands, more than 1,000 grocery stores and 30 million coupons.
For every coupon redeemed participating retailers and/or manufacturers will donate $0.15 to The Grocery Foundation providing not only savings to the consumer but also help to Ontario children who needed a hand-up in life.
The Coupons are available through various retailers in Canada. I have the following (very limited quantities) coupons and will mail them back (max 1 coupon per type) to whoever sends a self-addressed postage paid envelope to:

The cashier wouldn't take them, she checked with someone and they said as it said store coupon they couldn't take them. I will just go to Metro on the way home during the week - there are a few bits I get there that I can't get in No Frills anyway
