same thing with me. Not sure what is going on as they credited my account for 25 sb thinking I didn't receive credit for what I bought and closed my case. I've responded back via email yet haven't received a response that they are relooking into it. It's been 2 additional days.

So first they credit me with 28 sb because of the amount spent. Emailed back to say I had been credited that already. Just missing the swagup. Hear nothing back. Email again. Still nothing. Send in a new support ticket referencing previous ticket pus update info in the emails. Received another 28 sb(same reason). Emailed again and received 500 sb as a courtesy. lol. Um no. I earned those. Twits.
