Around Thanksgiving, there were some pamphlet coupons at No Frills and Metro advertising a rebate on mustard when you buy French’s mustard and a turkey. They had 50c French’s mustard and 50 cent French’s ketchup in them with no size restrictions, exp Dec 31/16. They look like this:
I actually got 5 more (still lots on the tearpad) yesterday at a Metro. Not sure where the $0.75 insert coupon came from, it was an extra from a trade.Get your F-R-E-E gift cards just by browsing online with Swagbucks. Click here to register now!

I had my flu shot at RCSS yesterday and received a booklet of bonus PC Plus Points offers. One of them was for Jamieson Vitamin C.
1 x Jamieson Vitamin C @ $3.00 (PM'd No Frills) - $1.00 coupon (from packaging) = $2.00
I earned:
3,500 points from flu shot booklet
and
500 points from in-store offer
for a total of 4,000 points = $4.00 value
Paid $2.00 (plus tax) and received $4.00 points value back!

At RCSS (St. Catharines) on Thursday:
Fleishmann's Traditional Active Dry Yeast 24g (3 x 8g packets) @ $ .24 - $ .50 printable coupon = FREE
Even though I only had 2 coupons (which were reduced in value to $ .24), I bought 28. The best before date is Sept. 19, 2018 so I'm stocked up on yeast for the next 2 years!

Got a good deal on some Scotch Brite sponges at my Zehrs yesterday....
Found some on the clearance rack, normally $3.99/1, but on clearance for $0.94, and there was a coupon on Websaver for buy any 2 Scotch Brite, get one extreme Scotch Brite product free, so I managed the following:
Scotch Brite Sponges (2): $1.88 = $2.00 (One of them rang as a grocery item, so no tax on one)
Scotch Brite Extreme Sponges (2pk): $4.99 = $5.64 - $4.99(B2G1) = $0.64
So a mere $2.64 for over $14 in 'deluxe' sponges
Also plan to get some more Flamingo Chicken for free today
