So I got a multi-pack of Astro Zero yogurt last week and I found a piece of tiny plastic in one of the cups, 1/2" long the thickness of half a toothpick. My brother who engulfs food would have just swallowed it without realizing it. I suspect it was cutting from the cup accidentally dropped inside, didn't clean up before pouring the yogurt. It was really harmless because it was so soft and small.
I emailed them last night when I got home, just to alert them there might be problem in production line. I got a call this morning at 10:30 am, very concerned lady asking me to help with the report. Gave her the code on the bottom of the cup, time and location where I bought it. I threw away the outside carton, it might be difficult to identify the product. She assure me they would take it seriously.
She thanked me by sending me a replacement coupon in the mail. It was all done professionally and swiftly. I appreciate it.This thread is currently associated with: N/A

I find that most companies are pretty good about dealing with a legit issue. If you deal with them calmly and fairly, they will do so as well. Glad it worked out well for you.
