@meena1 Depends on the store. There are two SDMs near my home, one is 55 and the other is 60. Call the SDMs in your area and ask.

Does this FAQ adress the new changes? I read it when I didn't have my first cup of coffee, now that I had it it still doesn't make sense to me.

I thought the senior's discount was 55 or older. Do you need to show proof or does your Optimum card give you the discount?

The seniors' day discount is manually applied to the transaction by the cashier. It doesn't matter what date of birth is entered on the Optimum card.
When I shop with my mom, she sometimes uses my Optimum card instead of hers if it has better offers on it. The date of birth on my Optimum card indicates that I'm not over 55, but we still get the senior's discount. Sometimes the cashier doesn't manually apply the senior's discount, because either they forgot or don't think my mom meets the age requirement, but they always apply it when she asks for the senior's discount without proof, although it could be because they see she has some gray hair already.
EDIT:
Here's a thread about the seniors' day discount: http://forum.smartcanucks.ca/405329-...xperts-canada/Last edited by My two Canadian cents; Tue, Dec 13th, 2016 at 01:12 AM.

I have a few FPCs I'd like to use with a Friday personalized offer (8k wus 30). I will probably need to top it off with a few additional items to reach the 30$ threshold.
Since I haven't shopped since things have changed (last shop was last winter), I need some advice on how to handle the transaction.
Would I let the cashier scan all the items and then present the coupons? I want to make sure I still receive the 8k at the end...CADDLE APP REFERRAL LINK: http://dev.caddle.ca/signup/referral/565f84b25049b

They have to punch all your coupons in at the end because they apply each coupon to the affected product in the system.
You should have no problems.
