Went to sobeys today to get finish dishwasher tabs. Had 10 coupons so bought 10 packages for $.99 each. Cashier wondered where I got the coupons from. Best part... In stock and...no hassles, it is always a crap shoot with high value coupons it seems.

Had to make a run to the city so decided to combine it with some deals:
PC buy $40 worth of gas bonus 5000 pts
Pepsi bonus pts at No Frills spend $20 get 6000 pts plus submitted receipt on line for $20 worth of coupons
SDM personal offers spend $30 on food and snack and get 4000 pts - also doubled up on this by purchasing Maxwell coffee ($6.99) for 3000 pts plus 1000 pts for kraft peanut butter ($4.99) = 8,310 pts = $17.00 off of $31 purchase of everything we buy anyhow. And all on sale too!

So these sheets showed up today in the mail - and they are actually decent quality. They feel super soft. So happy I got these before the got posted to SC blog

Also Purolator missed me this morning with CP order listed above and left a notice, then came back later afternoon! Not sure if it was good CS or maybe he had another delivery but super happy I didn`t have to go to Purolator pick up office or arrange another time.

My brother called me today because his insurance broker called him to offer long time customers a free roof rake. He's at work, so he asked me to pick it up and we can keep it. I also picked up 2 grocery bags or jackets, sweaters, a pair of ski pants, and a booster seat for free that a lady who posted on a local garage sale Facebook page. I left the large bag of kids Dora books for someone else.

I really like Swiffer products but rarely buy them as they`re pretty pricey.

PMd Longos for various types that fit the count stated.

Used $5 of WM Rewards, spent $13 on four packages.

It's been a hectic few days, but I was able to get out for a shop and managed a decent amount of savings...

    RCSS Whitby:
    Finish Pods (18pk)(1): $7.99 - PM(Sobeys; $3.00 OFF) = $5.64 - $4.00 WUB1 - MIR($5.64) = -$4.00
    Coca Cola: $4.99 - PM(Loblaws; $1.50 OFF) = $3.94 - $1.00 WUB1 = $2.94
    Charmin (36=72): $19.98 = $22.58 - $1.00 WUB1 + 4,000PC = $17.58 (Really not a great price, but it was needed)
    Resolve Gold Oxi: $7.99 = $9.03 - MIR($9.03) = $0.00
    Finish Jet Dry: $5.99 = $6.77 - $1.00 WUB1 - MIR($6.77) = -$1.00
    Air Wick Fresmatic: $8.98 = $10.15 - MIR($10.15) = $0.00
    Downy Unstopable: $4.48 = $5.06 - $2.00 WUB1 - $3.50 WUB1(CO51) = -$0.44
    Trop50 OJ: $4.48(?) - CLEARANCE(Short-date; $4.24 OFF) = $0.24
    NN Party Mix (3): $8.97 - CLEARANCE(Short-date; $7.65 OFF) = $1.49

    No Frills (North Ajax):
    Finish Pods (18pk)(4): $27.84 - PM(Sobeys; $7.88) = $22.55 - $16.00(4 @ $4 WUB1) = $6.55
    Crest Toothpaste (4): $5.16 - PM(Metro; $0.87 OFF) = $4.85 - $4.00(2 @ $2 WUB2) - $3.50(CO51) + 800PC = -$3.45

    FINAL OOP = $19.91
The original cost of the toilet paper alone!

Been sitting on $100 worth of gift cards, had to split this into two orders since I had three gift cards and you can only use two per order and lost about $16 in shipping, but for $4.88 out of pocket I think I did pretty good.

    Design Lab sweater-$20.50
    Vero Moda sweater-$28.00
    Two tank tops-$8.99 and $9.99
    Coach Mickey Mouse hang tag-$10.40
You have to factor in that you saved gas and the aggravation of shopping in store by having it shipped to your home. Great deal in my opinion.

Naturalizer had an extra 25% off of sale stuff with promo code. However, they had a flat rate of shipping for $6.50. Love their shoes and they have great support.

I found a better deal by signing up for their e-club letter which was free shipping and 10 dollars off first purchase. I was unable to combine promo codes, but the $10 discount was better than the 25% off discount. Got wonderful flats for work for $22 with free shipping and used ebates.
