Try to do a little to make yourself feel better, I make a list but the list is like what I used to do and I try to modify it but I always seem to be overdoing things. I hope everyone has a good night and a better tomorrow.

My lists are done room by room : ) and one room per sheet of paper I do not allow myself to look at the other list until first is done. I can choose which room by how I am feeling. I have been doing lists for years because thats how I function if I just start cleaning then I don't stop until I can't move and we all know thats not fun. I have not made a list in a few weeks and house shows it. Just found out my extras are moving out this week so I will be making lists very soon.

EXCELLENT NEWS!!! I will go back to visiting my grandson instead of having him here 24/7 I thought we were giving them a hand up but it was a hand out and we just can not afford 2 more mouths to feed. The decision was mine and dh when she came home and said she had mono and she took gs to be tested and she said he has it so we had to cancel plans to see other grandchildren because we didn't want anyone else to get sick, a week later she said hand and foot disease was going around at his daycare and then the last week she has been sick with a new flu she said its worse than H1N1 which they have already had. So yes I am happy they will be finding a new home.

I just discovered this thread. I am so sorry for all the pain you are all in. I sympathize wholly. I, too, am a chronic pain sufferer, but not nearly as badly as some of you. I wish you all as many pain free (or lessened) days as you can.

I hope some of you are feeling better today.

my idea for pain seems to be let it get chronic,
(fibromyalgia, scleroderma, and some odd foot thing)
i know i am lucky, get a bit tired, and foot had me limping
but only meds for pain is the odd aspirin and half a codeine.

if you want to do something from where you sit, look for
improperganda's links, sign up and protest.
and/or try the freerice link, i have,,,kids, grandkids might like it.
if you want to donate rice quickly - try the math option
although i like the art one, myself.
if you have some spare time

I only wish I could stop pain meds, my dr keeps nagging me that I should take them because they improve my quality of life, I am not able to function without them so he is right.

I hear you and can relate. Remember there is no shame in taking meds.

It seems like they work for awhile and then suddenly they stop and they have to be changed!!! What a horrible cycle, my body is not my friend.
