Anyone know what the typical price of the foldable shopping cart would normally be at the warehouse sale? Lowest price in-store has been $11.99, and I'd like to make a purchase as a gift.

Does the KSP warehouse sale charge taxes on top of the warehouse prices?

No idea about lowest warehouse prices as I have yet to go to a sale. However I have the red shopping trolley and that thing is limited to how much it can take in terms of weight. Looks like the foldable trolley is made of same nylon fabric but without the metal spines my trolley has. I paid $14.99 sale price for the trolley in store in 2015 but want to get a 4-wheel cart from CT for sturdier transport this year.
I would not advise lugging a 10kg flour bag in the foldable trolley (you could get away with a 12 can case of pop if in the 3 rows by 4cans format, not the fridge format). I can do it in my cart if there is only a light item on top, as the big bag can be centred against the two metal rods vertically and over the little metal foot. But there is no middle strap to keep load from shifting. I usually have to push cart forward while stooping otherwise I don't get the momentuum to move fast enough. Can't risk pulling cart one-handed behind me-shoulder balks.2021-Bring on the sunshine, sweets & online shopping.

@Ciel , it's for a senior who shops light (daily fresh produce) and commutes in city of TO via public transit. Weight is not a issue cause I buy the heavy and bulky items and deliver once a month.
The other option I was reviewing is Longo's Urban roller, your thoughts?

I have to check the height of these shopping carts as the person is very petite.

I don't think I've seen the Longos Urban Roller at the Ancaster store! New to me. Looks like an insulated tote on light plastic frame. Now I want to see one!
I'd think the Longos version would be easier to wipe down after each trip and the handle/frame provides some rigidity for going up and down bus entrances. I'd suggest seeing if the handle locks in more than one position. But otherwise the load won't flop over but it might flay out on the side if the recipient likes heavy squashes, melons or cabbages to buy on her produce trips.2021-Bring on the sunshine, sweets & online shopping.

Thanks Ciel. Phone your Longo's to inquire if they carry the stock. There are 2 colours (Lavender, Green & Brown). The price is $24.99.
