    I'm printing coupons for the second week now and no points are added to my account...anyone else notice this?

    Will try, hoping their email system work now..last time I emailed them they said they weren't seeing my emails.

    They said it can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks for points to be updated on your account...that's a very long time to wait for printed coupons points, I've been printing them for a long time and always received my points immediately..will keep track and see if I do get them in 4-6 weeks or not.
    Is anyone else not getting their points right away?

    They have changed the terms.. it used to be maximum 8 points per week (4 prints).. they recently changed it to 12 points per month and now it is changed to:

    Print Coupons - Maximum twenty (20) points earned per month. Maximum two (2) prints of same coupon within ninety (90) day period.

    you probably have reached the max for the month, that's why no points are been added..

    Just got an email that they are closing this website healthy essentials listens end of march 2017. Has anyone received this?

    Drat, I have 44. Rewards there are 100.

    Just checked, son has 45 on his, bummer.

    Under terms and conditions, they have this -

We are not obligated to continue the ESSENTIAL REWARDS™ Program or to provide any notice of its termination or any changes we make to the ESSENTIAL REWARDS™ Program. If we decide to terminate the ESSENTIAL REWARDS™ Program, we will post a notice of such termination on the Website before such termination comes into effect. Upon termination of the ESSENTIAL REWARDS™ Program, you will no longer be able to earn Points but will be able to redeem the Points you earned prior to such termination for a Reward of proportionate value from Points you earned as would be required to redeem a Reward under these Terms and Conditions, or as otherwise reasonably determined by JJI.
