Expired on: Sun, May 21st, 2017My apologies to the moderators.
I am not certain which category my question falls into.
I received the following error message while trying to print the Smartsource Marie Callender $2 coupon.
"This document enabled extended features in Arobat Reader Dc under an evaluation agreement.
The evalation period for extended feature has ended.
Please ask the document author for the latest version of the document."
AAAARGH!
I have googled and googled with no solution (tried changing date, etc.)
I use Firefox.
Please, if you have discovered the solution, please post.
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. This thread is currently associated with: Smart Source

Same issue happens time to time with me too, I have had it happen on all the browsers I use (Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Edge) and can't seem to figure out what causes it, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. So I just try my other browsers and hope I can still get the coupon I am trying to get

I did a bit of quick research and it looks like it's connected to an update they did back in December? If you are able to play with the add-ons or extensions in your browser setting this worked for me.

To be honest I can't remember everything I did. In the Chrome browser, in the top right corner of the page just under the 'X' button that closes the window there is a row of 3 vertical dots. When you hold your mouse over it it says 'Customise and control Google Chrome'. This contains Chrome's browser settings. Click on it and find 'More Tools', a side menu should pop up. Click on 'Extensions' and find Adobe. From here I don't recall what I did, mostly just clicked on various links it offered: More info, enable, options, etc. Then miraculously I tried to print again and it worked.
Firefox: In the same top right hand corner you will find 3 small horizontal lines that say 'Open Menu' when you hover your mouse over it. Click on it and find a puzzle piece that says 'Add-ons'. When I click on this one it says that Adobe has been disabled because 'it has not been digitally signed and verified by Firefox' or something along that line. This is a FF problem, they won't allow that Add-On to run, nice eh? Seems its been a problem for a couple years. No way to take back control of my computer on that one that I have found yet but, here is a link on the subject that has a temporary work around on Response #4:
https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2043671 If memory serves me correctly it worked for me.
Internet Explorer 11: I didn't have a problem that I can recall with this browser but same procedure to get to the browser settings: top right corner under the 'X' to close your window you will see a gear icon, it says 'Tools' when you hover your mouse over it. Click it and find 'Manage Add-ons'. Find 'Toolbars and Extensions' on the left hand side menu. Unfortunately you are on your own from there as i haven't played with anything there.
I usually just Google the error message that I get and do a bit of research to see what I can find. Hope this helps.

I think you have to uninstall and reinstall adobe acrobat reader and that should correct the problem. That fixed my problems with blank printouts
