I always make plenty of whatever I do make, so doing up 2 stuffed green peppers ( filling just those 4 large halves ) and baking them them seemed silly, but I only had 2 peppers in the crisper. They took them in for work on Friday. Seems so odd to have no leftovers.

Cleaning out my fridge
I found some cucumbers I needed to use up so I am making German Cucumber Salad which will also use up the Dill I have in the fridge.
Also have some cooked Baby Potatoes which I am going to Smash and bake with Olive Oil and Spices to crisp them up
Also have a ton of Mushrooms (think someone had a plan) so I am going to sautee Mushrooms and Onions to go with a Steak I found in the freezer.2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,

Korean BBQ Chicken legs tonight - with a Korean Gochujang-based dipping sauce and an Asian salad. One martini down and another in the offing... just point me in the direction of the BBQ and hope I do not sear off my eyebrows!!!

Ooookay - not sure which is more marinated ... my Korean BBQ legs or me!
Dinner soon - hope all here had a wonderful Saturday and wishing all a superb Sunday!!! Forecast is for rain here so will likely stay indoors and do laundry ... but ... have another SBux reward so maybe a 5-shot latté tomorrow is in order? Cheerio!

Don't blow yourself up and you'll be fine lol.
Tonight I had M&M foods spaghetti bolognese. They were on sale for $5.99 down from $8.99 for 2lbs. Pretty good deal for $5.99. You make it in the oven or microwave. I was hoping the fettuccine alfredo was also on sale but it was full price so I bought 3 of the spaghetti.

...I went to a flea market thingy today and had a booth and sold some of the jewellery I make, I did really well ..there was suppose to be a BBQ but the weather was so terrible they could only bqq for an hour and only had hotdogs so I missed out...I bought an apricot loaf from the booth next to me so that and a bottle of water got me through the day; on the way home I picked up chicken & wedge fries, it was sooo good!

Pickering had it's Ribfest today, so 3 guesses what I had, and the 1st two don't count.
