You will get a special tab on the airmiles booking site for business class seats.
You will be asked every time you book a flight if you want to use miles to cover taxes (The value is low though like 10.5 cents a mile)

You can book premium economy through the flexfly option at 13.5 cents per mile. That's what I did for my trip to india. I used 14000 miles and then paid the $500 remaining

Hi I was just wondering if anyone on the site lost Airmile Cash Rewards today? I shopped on Tuesday , had lots of Am's and today when I went shopping 3000 cash rewards were missing. I was in shock thinking somehow someone was using my card but how 3000 cash rewards in one day as a cap of 100 AM's a day is in force. When I phoned Air Miles I was told there was a glitch in their system in the west for anyone shopping at Safeway or Sobeys. I racked up tons of Air Miles on Blue Friday and apparently mistakes were made and the rep said lots of people will be losing points

I will phone AM's again tomorrow but super upset over this. I just can't figure out how I could lose that many AM's!!!!!! I always keep track of how many points I've earned and have all my receipts. What a rotten thing to do. I have been shopping every Blue Friday and saving the AM's for my winter supplies. I told the lady on the phone that maybe 3000 is not a lot of points to them but it is my winter food. So so disappointed in AM's and Safeway/Sobeys I always try to look on the bright side of things but this has really hit me hard. I was crying on the phone today as figured a thief stole my points....never dreamed AM's was the thief

They did over pay me 2700 AM for the last 4 weeks. So they just took them back. The end result is even.

Same here , called same answer.. they advised email & letters sent out regarding glitch.. to date nothing received, mine were taken all from Dream Rewards and not Cash Rewards.. which I thought was odd (as I have certain percent for each)
