...whew, my day is...turning out okay!
Gay Lea butter (454g) is $3.98...not sure if that's a good price, but someone was looking a long time ago, and my pic of it is reflecting the sun...top right corner of p.9 when you get the whole flyer.
Ciao, folks! (gonna sneak a bite of apple pie before dinner...shhhh!)

It's great when they highlight the selection of "Save It Forward" coupons available.Last edited by rockco; Tue, Sep 12th, 2017 at 08:01 PM.

It depends on what you intend to use it for. I mostly bake hearth-style bread. For this purpose, it's just okay. I sometimes use it for my basic loaves, the ones I have around all the time. However, I prefer unbleached, which I use much more often even though a 10 kg bag costs anywhere from 7.99 to 9.99 on sale. And I seldom if ever use NN AP when I want to make a higher quality loaf for a special occasion, a gift, etc.
Otoh, when I bake things where the main flavor comes from other ingredients and not from the flour, I don't hesitate to use NN or any other AP.
