Day ago, I redeemed the code for a free movie from the cereal box, but still did not receive the email?
Anyone done that and got email with the code to redeem for the movie?
I have another box with the code but afraid to enter...

I think you might have to contact their CS. They usually give you a new code after you give them the details. Sometimes their email goes to SPAM or JUNK folder. Or sometimes a Typo is made while entering the email.
I never received my confirmation email and tickets, whom do I contact to find out where it is?

Yes, I did contact them as I thought it was very strange. I checked junk mail as well. The strange thing was that next day, cineplex.com part for movie promo was down for quite some time.
