Reputable companies would list eligible products clearly in words. However, tims site just shows a picture of the ad, no mention in words the specific eligible products.
Perhaps the promo was for past customers

scroll to the bottom and click where it says Terms and Conditions, which is step 2 to in "HOW IT WORKS". it clearly lists all the eligible products, including its UPC so there is no confusion.

Rather than accusing people, why don't you read their suggestion? Being "new" isn't an excuse for rudeness to people trying to help you. It says very clearly on their site what the terms are if you follow the instructions given by @barato . Now several members have posted screenshots of eligible items for your convenience

Do you have a newish iPhone? They've actually changed the photo format, it's no longer jpeg, but something new (I think it starts with a T). You'll have to upload from desktop if that's the case, and change the format manually

Doubt it. The participating products seem to be for products you prepare at home and include multiple servings.

This message was in response to @convolutionx above. Don't know what happened to the quote.

Yes you can. Just have the physical card and e-card registered on the same account, then merge the balance. That's what I did.

Thanks! That's a better/quicker option for me since there'll be no waiting for the mail (or getting lost in it).
