Day 5: egg fried rice. I used the rice from the modern bowl earlier and some broccoli from it, sambal olek, soy sauce, scallions, and some cucumbers that needed to be used up.

Made Meat Sauce over Pasta when we got home from the Doc. Looks like it will be easy dinner for a few days well I wait for the inflammation to go down.

Day 6: Bow tie pasta with a basil/cilantro/jalapeño/lime pesto and a touch of garlic and truffle hummus. I didn't make the pesto and humus but I have some from a local company. If you live in Vancouver I highly suggest checking out Bobali Foods.
