    Spent $102.xx at SDM and got the 25000 wus $75, submitted points inquiry for my personal 25,000 points wus $100 at SDM and got that too. Not sure if they will work together long term but for now they did.

    No offers again today for either SDM or PC. Sent in a query and got a standard reply to “check my offers”!! Really??

    @dagney I have had similar useless replies on inquiries to customer service ... they are horrible! Everytime I do a survey on the Loblaw, NoFrills, etc receipts I make sure I give the customer service question the worst possible reply... waste of air are they!

    I used to love the pc points card, but now its like rocket science. I like simple. 1 remote, 1 button type deal

    I'm wondering what you see as rocket science. If you want to use your PCO account like you used PC+, what's significantly more complicated? Households, yes, but you don't have to be in one.

    I sent PCO an email regarding the generic PC offers and non-existent SDM offers and received this response...................not sure what the garble at the end means......

    I think they probably wanted to edit that last part out. I think it means ' advise member that offers will be personalizedd..." which they elaborated on, in the previous paragraph.

    Looks like the responses are being created for each of the problems that users are experiencing

    Feb 3rd I bought a $50 giftcard and scanned my card. I got 750 points.

    Yesterday did a shop (with a $20 redemption), none of my offers worked (even though I saw them on the screen) and I didn't get base points. Had to do an inquiry for everything.

    Meanwhile I came here to read if there were issues, or maybe that we can't redeem and get points, or base points anymore. I did read a post that in fact they were not offering base points anymore on gift cards....

    But all my points inquiry came through, even the one where I said I should have got base points because I did the week before...

    Was trying t do an inquiry because my DH did not get his points today but it did not go through keeping giving me a message something went wrong anyone else having issue TIA
