The Challenge is:

• Eating at least 5 portions of fruit and vegetables for a minimum of 5 days a week.
• Moving for at least 30 minutes for a minimum of 5 days a week.

How does it work?

In January and February

• Register for the Challenge and have the chance to win one of numerous prizes worth a total value of $20,000!
• As of January 15, get the free IGA 5/30 Health Challenge kit at one of the 250 Quebec IGA merchants.

From March 1 to April 11

• Aim for achieving the 5 and 30 Challenge goals.
• If you wish, choose one or more of the Goals PLUS.

The rest of the year

• Continue to achieve the Challenge goals.
• Subscribe to the encouraging emails.
• Share your experience with members of the Challenge’s community in the “Forum and Testimonials” section.

If all members of the winning team reside in one of the three (3) regions without an Énergie Cardio Centre (Côte Nord, Nord du Quebec and Gaspésie—Îles-de-la-Madeleine), a gift certificate for a sports equipment store, valued at $1,000, tax included, valid for one (1) year, will be presented to the team representative who will be responsible for awarding it to one of the team members.
